The series of seminar dates for the fourth year of this popular programme for aspiring college leaders in the FE sector has just been released. The 2027 Technical Leadership Programme will start on 21st January 2027.

The CIFE Technical Leadership Programme is a uniquely practical, extended preparation for aspiring leaders delivered by specialists across a range of technical fields necessary for effective and competent leadership of FE organisations. The programme has been designed to give individuals nominated by their organisations (typically already at  ‘Director’ level and above), the opportunity to gain a deep technical understanding and development in the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of today’s FE Principals, CEOs or equivalents charged with the responsibilities of the Accounting Officer .

Booking for the programme will open at the end of August but delegates can express their interest and reserve a place now.
